Welcome from The Navigators at Tyler Junior College and thank you so much for taking time to stop by our website and see what's happening on the TJC Campus. Our ministry is dedicated in helping students to know and grow in a deep and transforming relationship with Jesus Christ. The very heart of our ministry is built on relationships. Whether in small groups or one-to-one relationships, college students are given the ability & environment to grow and mature in their Christian life.
The Navigators are a non-denominational community of students who are seeking to grow in our relationship with God and impact the world around us for His glory. We desire to raise up the next generation of leaders and laborers who will love God, love people, and impact the world for Christ. If you're looking for a place where you can grow in your relationship with God, develop deep friendships, grow as a leader, make a difference in people's lives, and be challenged spiritually then you've found the right place. TJCNavs offers several options for students attending college in Tyler, Texas. For those desiring to attend Bible study and worship on Sundays, our staff provides transportation to church for those who need a ride and directions for those who have a vehicle. If you want to get plugged into the heartbeat of the Nav ministry on campus, Bible study is where it's at. On Tuesdays an off campus Bible study is held along with students attending The University of Texas at Tyler. Wednesday discipleship study is provided for those desiring to learn specifics from the Bible and how to apply it to their daily lives. And last, for students desiring to grow in maturity at an accelerated level, one-to-one mentoring is offered at a time and place convenient for each student.
